How AAA School handles Page enquiries

AAA School uses an internal inbox to respond to enquiries sent to the Authentic Advanced Academy Facebook Page through Messenger and public Page comments. The inbox is for answering questions about programmes, fees, branches, schedules, and trial classes. It does not send automatic replies to parents.

Information handled

The inbox may store the text of your Messenger message or public Page comment, its time, Facebook's Page-scoped identifiers needed to connect replies to the right enquiry, and our staff replies. If you ask about a trial class, staff may record the programme, preferred branch and time, a child's age if you provide it privately, the verified time offered, and your acceptance. Staff assignment, answer status, and an activity history help us follow up.

Please do not put a child's details or private contact information in a public comment.

Use and access

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, coordinate staff follow-up, and avoid missing a question. An authorized AAA School administrator can access the inbox. Additional staff will receive access only when the school grants it. Meta delivers the messages and comments; Cloudflare hosts the internal inbox and stores its records. Gemini is used only with synthetic test questions at present; real parent enquiries are not sent to Gemini. We do not use the inbox for automated eligibility decisions or bulk marketing.

Retention and deletion

AAA School does not automatically erase inbox conversation text, comments, trial notes, or related work history on a fixed date. The super administrator reviews records and authorizes routine deletion when they are no longer needed for school follow-up. We delete or correct Page data promptly after a verified request from you or Meta, unless a specific legal requirement requires us to keep it.

To ask for a copy, correction, or deletion of an inbox record, email bunchay1280@gmail.com and tell us whether the enquiry was a Messenger message or a Page comment, the approximate date, and enough information to locate it. Please do not email extra details about a child unless needed to identify the enquiry. We will verify the request and respond with the action taken. See the data deletion instructions.

After deletion, keyed, non-reversible subject and event markers prevent old deliveries from recreating the record; a minimal action log records that deletion occurred without keeping the message text. If you previously asked us to stop replies, the marker also keeps that restriction. Deletion from our internal inbox does not itself remove content that remains visible on Facebook; please use Facebook's controls or contact us separately about the public Page comment.

Stop replies

To stop further inbox replies, send STOP, unsubscribe, or ឈប់ in the Messenger conversation, or email bunchay1280@gmail.com. We will honor that request promptly. You can also use Meta's own blocking or conversation controls. Staff have a control to record verified requests received through other wording or channels.
