Please say whether it was a Messenger message or Page comment, roughly when you contacted us, and enough detail to locate the enquiry. Do not include extra details about a child. We will verify that the request concerns your own information, act promptly, and tell you what was done. If we must retain anything because of a specific legal requirement, we will explain that.
Deleting from our internal inbox does not remove a public comment still visible on Facebook. You can use Facebook's controls to remove your own public comment, or contact us separately about the Page copy. To stop further inbox replies, send STOP, unsubscribe, or ឈប់ in Messenger, or ask us by email.
